Factors propelling the use of Islamic banking services: the moderating role of customer intimacy

This study investigates factors propelling use of Islamic banking products and services. The present develops an amalgamated model with the help cognitive emotional to investigate customer satisfaction loyalty towards Data was collected from customers empirically tested using structural equation modelling (SEM). Findings reveal that jointly predicted by awareness, reputation, compatibility, complexity, trust commitment explained R2 78.7% variance in satisfaction. On flipside intimacy depicted 20.6% loyalty. Extending this, confirmed moderating role wherein positive relationship between will be stronger when is higher. Finally, research limitations future direction are discussed.
